Nutella Pudding

Hello happy people. I hope you all are doing great. I am back after a long hiatus and I have a (almost) healthy sweet recipe to share with you all because Diwali is just around the corner.

So all the Nutella lovers out there, let’s get started. Here is what you will need to make 2 servings,

Ingredient
Quantity
1.
Milk
1 ½ cup

2.
Rice flour
1 tbsp.

3.
Nutella
2-3 tbsp.

4.
Cocoa powder
1 tsp.

5.

Sugar
1 tsp.
6.
Crushed Almonds
(I used grated ones)
2 for the pudding
1 for garnishing

Procedure:

1. Sift rice flour and cocoa powder (in a fairly large, heavy bottom utensil) to remove any lumps.

2. Slowly add in the milk, use a whisk or fork to stir continuously. Mix until no lumps are seen in the mixture.

3. Put the utensil on low heat. Keep stirring every 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the Nutella and to this mixture.

Tip: You can melt the Nutella by placing the bottle in warm water as shown. This will just make it easier to scoop out the Nutella.

4. Add the almonds. This mixture needs to simmer on low heat for at least 10-12 minutes or until it becomes thick and obviously its quantity reduces.
Tip: Check the taste as well. If you get the taste of raw rice flour then, you need to cook it for some more time.

5. Finally pour the mixture into bowls or glasses, whatever you prefer and put them in the freezer for 1 to 1 ½ hour.

6. Finally garnish your desert with the chopped/crushed/grated almonds to make it look nice and pretty and you are ready to enjoy a Nutella filled experience.

So friends, I hope that you will try out this recipe and if you do, let me know in the comments below how you and your guests like it. If you have any suggestions or if there is anything you want me to write about or you want to share a picture of your recreation of this recipe, feel free to catch up with me on Google+ or on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/AHappyGirlWrites) or Instagram (a.happy.girl.writes) or on Twitter (A_Happy_Girl2) or Snapchat (ahappy.girl , even though I am very new to that).
